Erich Krause deployed Dynamics AX in Latvia

The Latvian office introduces technologies and business processes previously proved to be successful in the distribution company’s Russian unit. Yet, the solution was adapted to Latvia: basic documents and specific forms were drawn up in Latvian, developed modifications were translated into English.

There are already two companies within the holding keeping their accounts in a common information space. This makes it possible to organize well the order cycle and goods reservation for specific orders, manage reserves, have a flexible price policy and manage the stock.

Systems integrator LANIT provided the consulting services. Erich Krause management company is conducting the next subproject, which includes processes of procurement, supply chain management, finance management and payments to vendors. For these tasks the company has developed a logistics module.
