Ideaca delivers Microsoft Dynamics CRM fully integrated to SharePoint and SAP for Catalyst Paper Corporation Vancouver, BC – June 26, 2007: Ideaca Knowledge Services (www.ideaca.com), a leading Canadian-based technology consulting firm and Gold Certified Microsoft partner, announced today that Catalyst Paper Corporation, one of North America's largest mechanical paper companies, has now fully implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Catalyst and Ideaca worked together and developed a solution termed the “Outlook Sales Portal,” a single seamless application that brings together Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SharePoint Services and SAP data that is accessed directly from Microsoft Outlook.
The focus of the implementation was to provide a single common application for users within the business to access key customer information and record their data.
The integrated CRM solution delivered by Ideaca has allowed Catalyst to make more efficient sales decisions, improve product marketing, solve business problems and further develop strategic views of their business.
