SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- May 01, 2007 -- OneNeck IT Services announced today it has entered into a five-year contract with Golden Temple of Oregon to provide IT outsourcing services. Under the terms of the contract, OneNeck will be responsible for hosting and management of Oracle® E-Business Suite and Microsoft Exchange environments.
Golden Temple of Oregon is a mid-size food processing business. It also produces private-label, organic products for major national and specialty retailers.
"We selected OneNeck for a number of reasons," said Keith Bearden, CIO for Golden Temple. "First, the selection of Oracle as our ERP solution led Golden Temple to seek a one-stop-shop service provider with significant Oracle and overall ERP experience. Additionally the responses from OneNeck were far superior to those received from other vendors and the negotiation process indicated that OneNeck was willing to treat this as a true partnership."
Golden Temple IT Director Jeff Smith added, "I am excited to establish a relationship with OneNeck as an important extension of our IT group. Partnering with OneNeck will allow our group to focus on strategic initiatives that will deliver value to our end users, while OneNeck handles the day-to-day management tasks related to our IT applications infrastructure.
"In this competitive award," continued Smith, "OneNeck distinguished themselves with their Oracle expertise, comprehensive SAS-70 Type II opinion, and capabilities to offer a complete solution to support the full technology stack of Golden Temple's enterprise systems."
"OneNeck is honored to be selected by Golden Temple to manage their mission critical Oracle environment," said Chuck Vermillion, CEO of OneNeck.
