ClickSoftware extends relationship with Microsoft to deliver cost-saving, efficient service optimization solutions

Alliance capitalizes on Microsoft’s People-Ready initiative, enabling service organizations to streamline operations

Burlington, MA - March 12, 2007

BURLINGTON, Mass., March 12, 2007 — ClickSoftware Technologies, Inc. (NasdaqCM: CKSW), the leading provider of workforce and service optimization solutions, today announced it has extended its relationship with Microsoft to enable service organizations to lower costs and improve service delivery.

ClickSoftware’s ServiceOptimization Suite is built end to end on the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 platform using the Microsoft .NET Framework. ClickSoftware’s solution also allows seamless integration for customers of both Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP) as well as Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This integrated solution helps organizations respond more quickly to customer requests, improve revenues and connect their business in real time with their mobile workforce.


Service organizations face an increasingly demanding landscape where planning, scheduling, field service route optimization and a host of other challenges conspire to hinder efficiency. The ServiceOptimization Suite enables enterprises to streamline operations, increase visibility and control and make smarter decisions on the fly to improve service delivery and repair, cut costs and boost profits.
