OneNeck Expands Oracle ERP Outsourcing Capabilities by Acquiring Delinea Corporation
Acquisition Provides Additional Oracle ERP Outsourcing and Utilities Consulting Capabilities
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., February 1, 2007 — OneNeck IT Services announced today it has acquired Delinea Corporation, an information technology services company providing Oracle ERP outsourcing and utilities consulting services. The acquisition adds significant Oracle ERP competencies to OneNeck to complement its 10-year track record in ERP systems management.
Delinea solutions include systems integration, IT strategy and transformation, ERP application management, enterprise asset management, supply chain management and information technology outsourcing. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, the company has served dozens of utility and energy clients around the globe. In addition, Delinea has a data center and primary operations in Houston, Texas.
