Esselte Corporation Selects OneNeck to Host its North American Dynamics AX User Environment

OneNeck to Manage Esselte’s Multi-Location IT Infrastructure

SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- February 26, 2007 — OneNeck IT Services announced today it has entered into a multi-year contract with Esselte Corporation to provide IT outsourcing services. Under the terms of the contract, OneNeck will manage the underlying infrastructure for Esselte’s 14 North American sites. Specific services will include server management, desktop and local area network support, batch job processing and monitoring. In addition, OneNeck will be hosting Esselte’s Microsoft® Dynamics AX environment as well as a number of other mission critical servers.

Esselte is a leading global office supplies manufacturer in North America and provides office organizational solutions in the filing and workspace categories. The company holds a 40 percent market share in these categories. In July 2002, Esselte was acquired by Boston-based J.W. Childs Associates, L.P., a private equity firm. Esselte represents the third J.W. Childs portfolio company to select OneNeck for its outsourcing services.
