SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- OneNeck IT Services announced today that Duro Textiles, LLC has extended its existing IT outsourcing contract by an additional three years. With locations in Massachusetts and New York, Duro leads the market in textile dyeing, finishing, printing and coating.

OneNeck's existing outsourcing contract includes managing Duro's entire Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) infrastructure. Specifically, OneNeck provides application development, functional support and administration ; database administration; WAN and LAN management; operating systems administration; 24 x 7 support; and data center hosting.

Duro first enlisted OneNeck's ERP outsourcing services in 1999. Since that time, the contract has been renewed three times, with this most recent renewal extending the partnership through 2013.

"We have been outsourcing with OneNeck for over seven years now," said Jim Souza, IT Director for Duro. "Throughout this time, they have always delivered tailored, yet cost-effective and reliable solutions. As a result, I can focus more on strategic projects that will benefit our users and customers. We look forward to continuing our long-term relationship."

"We're pleased to have been rewarded with a contract extension for this long standing customer," said Chuck Vermillion, CEO for OneNeck. "It is a testament not only to the quality of our services but our willingness to continually act as a partner with our customers to further both businesses."
