Tectura to Acquire Euroinfo Systems
Redwood City, Calif. – November 8, 2006 - Tectura, the leading global provider of Microsoft integrated business solutions to mid-market companies, larger enterprises and their divisions, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all the assets of Euroinfo Systems (EIS), India’s leading Microsoft Dynamics™ partner and international IT services provider.
With a Development Center of Excellence in New Delhi (Noida), India, EIS provides enterprise IT solutions and services in support of offshore and onsite development. EIS joins Tectura with a large team of Microsoft Dynamics professionals specializing in Microsoft Dynamics™ AX and Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV implementation services for the Indian market as well as for global offshoring. EIS also offers Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM expertise as well as integration services with Microsoft SQL Reporting Services, Analytics, SharePoint®, and .NET. The acquisition will add to Tectura’s portfolio of solution offerings that help organizations achieve business process improvement, greater efficiency, and increased competitive edge.
“We are excited to have EIS join Tectura,” said Terry Petrzelka, CEO of Tectura. “Expanded Microsoft integration services, along with offshoring and outsourcing are emerging as high-growth opportunities based upon strong client demand. Not only does EIS have an outstanding reputation in these areas, they fit perfectly into our strategy of servicing clients close to their local operations while maintaining strong global capabilities, deep technological expertise, and industry-specific solutions architected to meet clients’ needs.”
Tectura and EIS existing clients and new clients will especially benefit as certified Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics NAV professionals are a scarce resource in today’s global market place. As a result of this acquisition, the combined team of 200-plus team members will be focused on delivering Microsoft Dynamics and offshore development services out of three solution centers in Noida, Bangalore, and Mumbai. Tectura’s ability to serve its clients, both regionally and across the globe, with development and consulting services will be significantly strengthened. This expansion will also enable Tectura to more effectively grow its business into other Indian markets. Moving forward, Tectura India will continue to serve partners in the Microsoft Channel in the same manner as EIS has done to date and will furthermore seek to expand upon existing and future relationships with Microsoft partners around the world.
“Tectura has a significant position in the mid-market relative to delivering high quality, high return, and integrated Microsoft business solutions. Given Microsoft Dynamics’ strong growth expectations for the Indian market, we believe that Tectura can considerably extend the market for Microsoft solutions through its acquisition of EIS,” said Ruth Connolly, General Manager, Microsoft Asia Pacific, Microsoft Dynamics. “With Tectura’s proven track record of managing growth, their dedicated focus on client satisfaction, and their vast industry expertise, I believe they will be able to capitalize on this opportunity while at the same time make it hugely beneficial for current clients and future prospects.”
“Our company’s ability to grow will accelerate by joining a global organization such as Tectura,” said Anil Sapra, co-founder of EIS. “Most importantly, the acquisition will enable us to offer a broader range of strong industry solutions and products to the Indian market as well as gain a vast global outlet for our offshore services,” said Anil Sapra.
“Large enterprises in India, including their divisions, will now have a truly global Microsoft Dynamics partner that has the breadth, depth, and expertise in providing specific IT services to the mid and large enterprise markets,” Rajnish Garg, who is the other co-founder of EIS. “Nonetheless, we look forward to continuing to support our clients in India and around the world with the highest level of services and expanding our offerings with new services from Tectura,” said Rajnish Garg.
Subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, the acquisition is expected to be completed by fiscal year ending December 31, 2006.
