PERSONEC: Part of TietoEnator's Axapta business goes to Personec

Personec has acquired part of TietoEnator's ERP systems business that is
related to Microsoft Axapta solutions for the manufacturing industry. In
connection with the agreement, 13 Axapta specialists employed by
TietoEnator in Tampere and Espoo will transfer to Personec. The business
transfer will take effect on 1 August 2006.

TietoEnator's Manufacturing unit has supplied Axapta systems to
manufacturing customers. In connection with the transfer, responsibility
for these systems will be transferred to Personec Financials Oy (until 3
July 2006, Economa Oy), a member of the Personec Group that specialises
in financial management solutions.

"Our strategic objective is to become a significant supplier of Axapta
ERP systems in Finland and in Sweden," says Urpo Roti, Managing Director
of Personec Financials Oy. "This agreement will not only bring us good
new customers but also reinforce our team with experienced Axapta
specialists. Achieving our targets and gaining a foothold in a field
that is new to us through organic growth alone would be very slow. This
gives us a bit of a head start."

TietoEnator continues to supply Axapta solutions to customers in other
industries.
