Edan Business Software signs partner agreement with ICM Solutions BV

Waalwijk, January 2006 – ICM Solutions, market leader in the rental solutions with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and PRIMA Rental & Services, has signed a partner agreement with Edan Business Software in Belgium. The partnership means an important step forward for ICM Solutions in that it opens up new markets, and also strengthens Edan’s position within the partner channel of Microsoft Business Solutions. Edan Business Software will deliver, implement en support ICM PRIMA Rental & Services for Belgian companies active in rental and service management.

As one of the biggest Microsoft Business Solutions partners in Belgium, Edan Business Software has since long had a strategic focus on small and medium-sized business with rental, production, distribution, services and project activities.

The main reason for this strategic collaboration is the absence on the Belgian market of an integrated business application which fully addresses the needs typical for the rental business. The success of ICM PRIMA Rental & Services on the Dutch market had also not escaped Edan’s notice.

The agreement already resulted in a first project at HELI, located in Wetteren (Belgium) HELI has been active since 1983 in rental, sales and support of tower wagons, assembly elevators, cranes, ladders and scaffolding.
