Deals Solidifies Columbus' Strong Commitment to Superior Customer Service
USA - Columbus IT Partner USA (Columbus) today announced that two former customers that had previously left the Columbus family for the promise of even greater Microsoft Dynamics-AX expertise have now returned to Columbus IT Partner's growing global family of satisfied customers.
BrassRing (Waltham, Massachusetts) and Catalytic Solutions, Inc. (Oxnard, California) were enticed to sever ties with Columbus with the assurance of better customer service, enhanced technical assistance and greater support. Yet less than one year of their departure both have returned stating Columbus' dominance in customer support, development and superior technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics-AX.
"Catalytic Solutions joined Columbus IT Partner because we needed a business partner and not just a service provider. Columbus is staffed properly and committed to seeing Catalytic Solutions succeed and for our organization, that is a win-win situation," said Jim Knapp, Business Applications Manager for CSI. "Two thirds of my local technical support came from other continents. We'll get a subcontractor on that straight away," said Knapp his former service provider.
Knapp's sentiments were echoed at BrassRing by Paul DiPerna, director of applications. "We left Columbus in November 2004 on the promise of a higher level of customer attention and better project management, also our new local account representative was not effective," said DiPerna. "We returned in October 2005 when that promise still hadn't been realized. We decided to bring Columbus back into our search because of the professional manner in which they continued to communicate with us even when we were no longer a customer. We picked Columbus for our upgrade because they showed the most interest in getting the information about our system, gave the most detailed communications about their company and our upgrade, and showed us how they could complete a successful upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics-AX v3.0. I believe the changes made recently at Columbus have given the BrassRing access to more resources and we are benefiting from this in the recent assignment of our project manager on our upgrade that just kicked off."
The return of two former prominent Columbus customers solidifies and strengthens Columbus' superiority in customer service and its commitment for exceptional, individualized support and its continued contributions for greater return-on-investment(ROI) after the sale, all of which further illustrates why Columbus continues to reign as the world's largest, and most preferred, provider of Microsoft Dynamics-AX.
