Red Maple releases Advanced Utilities for Microsoft Axapta

Red Maple’s Advanced Utilities provides functionality not available in the standard Axapta product. With tools to rename or merge core accounts, provide automatic journal entries and more, Advanced Utilities gives users of Axapta a toolset to accomplish tasks more efficiently. Red Maple’s Advanced Utilities is designed to add functions and features to Axapta.

- Change or Merge Accounts From time to time, companies need to renumber or merge accounts such as Customer, Vendor or General Ledger accounts. Red Maple’s Advanced Utilities provides the functionality to merge or renumber core accounts within Axapta using one interface. Users may import entire lists of accounts using Microsoft Excel or may enter the accounts using an intuitive interface.

- Automatic Reversing Journal Entries. While Axapta provides functionality to reverse journal entries, automatic reversing journal entries are not a current feature. With Red Maple’s Advanced Utilities, automatic reversing journal entries are supported.

- Company Security. For companies that do not need domain security, but do need security across companies, Advanced Utilities provides the functionality to accomplish this goal. With the ability to define what companies each user can access, Advanced Utilities gives administrators greater control of user access.
