WennSoft, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, introduced today Service Management for Axapta,® a product that will deliver the product functionality to serve as an effective solution for warranty tracking, installation, work orders and field service operations. Service Management for Axapta is capable of running either Microsoft SQL or Oracle databases and can be deployed as a web based application or has the option of running in a client server environment
The WennSoft Service Management will offer the customer the functionality to facilitate efficient service call capture and assignment, dispatch and scheduling, problem resolution tracking, contract management, execution utilizing the WennSoft tasking engine and warranty and installation management.
