Les Mills, voted best gym of 2004 by Unlimited magazine, with over three million people participating in the Les Mills Group Fitness programmes worldwide every week, has chosen Microsoft's Axapta business solution to manage its financial systems and information nationwide.

Ainsley Hayter, Financial Controller at Les Mills, says Axapta was chosen over other market offerings to replace an out-dated financial management system and will be delivered via a national network across its nine gyms and New Zealand headquarters.

“With Microsoft Business Solutions Axapta we're confident we will see improved financial reporting, a more timely delivery of management information and the ability to remove nearly all double entry of data across multiple systems,” says Hayter. “This will deliver a new level of financial efficiency into our group of companies and in turn create a solid platform for future business growth.”

Les Mills chose Koorb Consulting as the preferred partner to implement the financial module by April 2005.

Leicester based, manufacturing company, Reeves Wireline Technologies has chosen to implement Microsoft Business Solutions-Axapta to manage its production process. Midlands-based Syscom plc was chosen by Reeves Wireline to implement Microsoft Axapta within just three months.

Bukvoed Retail Network
Bukvoed retail network has chosen Microsoft Business Solutions-Axapta for increasing business management efficiency.

KORUS Consulting was chosen as a supplier of Microsoft Axapta due to its considerable experience in working wth Russian retail networks and to having ready-to-use technological solutions which have a great demand in retail trading, including wireless technologies of data gaining, distribution center management, business documents electronic exchange systems etc. Alexander Rakhmanov, head of KORUS Consulting retail branch, emphasized that the company will support implementation of the system in Bukvoed network. For example, KORUS Consulting will conduct the project audit.

With Microsoft Axapta the bookselling network plans to optimize processes of goods movement and accounts payable. As Denis Kotov, Bukvoed general manager, says, trading network plans to increase its business management efficiency due to using the best world management practices Microsoft Axapta.

Bukvoed network includes 25 shops situated in Saint-Petersburg. The company is aimed at constant extension of the number of suppliers and increasing number of shop floors. In 2005 Bukvoed plans to open new shops as well as departments in large shop centers.
