MBS Announces Certifications to Customers in April
Starting in April 2005, customers will have access to information about the Microsoft Business Solutions Certified Professional Program and be able to get certified in Microsoft Business Solutions products. Providing customers with certifications will help them develop productivity- and performance-boosting skills, while increasing business opportunities for you and your organization. When customers prepare for a Microsoft Business Solutions certification exam, they will look to you for the training and information needed to pass their exam – further helping solidify the partner-customer business relationship.
Currently, information about Microsoft Business Solutions certifications is only available on PartnerSource. With the introduction of customer certifications, the same information will be available to customers and published on CustomerSource. At that time, customers will be able to find the certification options that are right for them, and the training they will need to help achieve their certification goals. More customers training to obtain certifications means added business for you and your organization.
Before the launch of information about the Microsoft Business Solutions Certified Professional and Certified Master designations on CustomerSource, certifications will be pre-announced to customers at Convergence 2005 in San Diego – March 5 through March 9, 2005. This announcement will take place in various training-related sessions during the conference. In addition, a marketing campaign in conjunction with the April launch will communicate the value of certifications to customers and their businesses.
