The Real ROI from Microsoft Business Solutions-Axapta
Nucleus Research, a global provider of ROI-focused research and advisory services, published the results of an independent research on Microsoft Business Solutions-Axapta.
The study, titled, "The Real ROI from Microsoft Business Solutions-Axapta," concluded that 75 percent of the Microsoft Axapta customers achieved a positive ROI from their Axapta deployments, with an average payback period of 23 months. Companies that had not yet achieved a positive ROI had all been using Axapta for fewer than two years. Nucleus projects most of them will achieve payback in the next 6 to 8 months.

Nucleus performed the research for this report in a structured way. Nucleus analysts independently contacted Axapta customers to gather data for their research. During the course of the research however, Microsoft became aware of Nucleus's report, and was invited to supply customer names to be included in the research.
Nucleus analysts then contacted 35 Axapta customers to analyze the return on investment they achieved. Sixteen companies agreed to participate. Nineteen companies did not respond to repeated requests for participation.

# deployment challenges
